Cons  – What improvement would be better?

Lack of detailed help files: While there isn’t really much of a need for a help section, this feature was not touched upon to its full potential. In defense of the program, free technical support is always available to help you. They can answer any question you have with quick response times. As far as ability to use the program goes, these people are true professionals.

Conversion speed: On a 3 GHz machine with 1 gigabyte of RAM, the conversion process was slower than we had expected. If you don’t mind waiting for exceptional results, this program will suit you just fine. Other computer users may experience different results but we found the speed barrier to be somewhat daunting, especially when converting more than one file at once. You can overcome this little obstacle by using a computer with adequate resources to begin with. My computer is not up to snuff for extremely resource intensive applications, so your experience may be different.

Lack of Macintosh support: This software is only available for the PC, at least currently. There are no plans for Macintosh support in the future either.
